Changes are made within 14 days from the day you receive the product. In order for the return to be accepted, it is necessary to:
- The products must be in excellent condition and the tags must not have been removed.
-Returns are made by General Post and the first change is free. If you use any other shipping method you wish, you will be charged for the shipping costs.
-If any of the instructions are not received, the return will not be accepted.
-If the reason for the return comes from our store's error, our store assumes the shipping costs.
- The footwear test should be done on a soft carpet. Otherwise, the store will not accept shoes with abrasions.
